Krakow Restaurant Cafe Our restaurant is based on what we have called a New European Cuisine. The inspiration for our dishes comes from a number of new European countries especially Poland where influences of Russian, Hungarian, French, German, Italian and Austrian cuisine have blended alongside Poland’s unusual history. Using that as our starting point we have adapted some old recipes as well as created some new dishes. We prepare everything on the premises and aim to achieve not only a truly home made flavour, but also strive to preserve the freshness of the food ingredients used. We use free range eggs, high quality meat & free range chicken from a local butcher; Medieval herb mixtures prepared by monks.
